What to include in a support request

These details help us investigate without asking you to repeat the problem:

  • Your platform: iPhone, iPad, Android, or web browser.
  • The SoulVriti version shown in Settings or About, when available.
  • The steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot if it does not contain private material.

Never send a password, sign-in link, private key, full journal entry, or private AI conversation in a support email.
