What is SoulVriti?
SoulVriti is a free web app available now at app.soulvriti.com, with a native iOS app coming soon. It brings you daily wisdom from six timeless texts across five traditions — the Bhagavad Gita (701 verses), the Tao Te Ching (81 chapters), the Enchiridion (53 discourses), the Japji Sahib (40 pauris), the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (195 verses), and the Dhammapada (423 verses) — with translations in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. No ads, free at launch, and no analytics unless you opt in.
Is SoulVriti free?
SoulVriti is free at launch. There are currently no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or ads. The Bhagavad Gita is ancient wisdom that should be accessible to everyone.
What languages does SoulVriti support?
SoulVriti provides verses in their original languages — Sanskrit (Gita, Yoga Sutras), Chinese (Tao Te Ching), Greek (Enchiridion), Gurmukhi (Japji Sahib), and Pali (Dhammapada) — with translations and commentary in English, Hindi (हिन्दी), and Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ). Each Gita verse includes transliteration and word-by-word meanings.
Do I need to create an account?
Not to read — every text is open without one. On mobile, bookmarks, journal entries, moods, and your practice record can stay on that device without an account. Sign in for cross-device sync and for personal practice surfaces in the web app; synced data appears in your export and is deleted with your account. Loading new verses needs a connection, since the texts are delivered from our servers.
Which platforms is SoulVriti on?
SoulVriti is available now as a web app at app.soulvriti.com — open it in any browser, no install needed. A native iOS app for iPhone is coming soon to the App Store with the same content and design.
How does the AI companion work?
Only after you explicitly consent to AI processing — in every region — are your message and selected context, such as a passage or tradition, your language, server-retrieved catalog passages, and earlier messages in the same signed-in conversation, sent to our server and Cloudflare Workers AI (Qwen3 30B-A3B). Replies are grounded in bounded catalog passages but can still be wrong. Signed-in conversations are saved to your account; learned AI memory is a separate opt-in. Signed out, message and reply content are processed transiently and are not stored. A random app-install identifier enforces a shared allowance of two questions per rolling 24 hours across AI Chat and Ask the Traditions. The server never stores that raw identifier or the raw IP address: it stores only separate keyed, non-reversible codes derived from the app identifier and network address, plus request timestamps, in Cloudflare D1. Daily maintenance deletes those records within 48 hours of each request.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
Only after you opt in, Google Analytics may measure broad page and feature areas on both web surfaces, and the marketing site may load strictly masked Microsoft Clarity session replay and heatmaps. These tools may set analytics cookies or identifiers, but never receive scripture or verse identifiers, journal, mood, search, AI, account, or typed content. You can withdraw anytime from the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
